DAVID MOYLE, OWNER/DIRECTOR
Master Builder, David Moyle was born in Ballarat and follows in his Grandfather’s footsteps in the building industry, he worked as a carpentry apprentice with Peter Jones Constructions, working on some of Ballarat’s finest homes.
David’s focus is on quality and customer satisfaction, rather than volume. The majority of our new work is driven by ‘word of mouth’ and referrals from satisfied customers.
As a member (and past president) of The Master Builders Association of Ballarat , and residing on the Board of the Master Builders Association of Victoria, David is committed to supporting the future development and success of the building industry In Victoria and Australia.
In 2016 David earned the title of Australian Young Builder of the Year

BCM offers comprehensive construction and project management services for small to medium commercial projects, and is an approved government contractor registered on the construction supply register for projects up to and in excess of five million dollars.
Our approach is to be flexible, pro-active and practical, and work collaboratively with you to achieve your specific needs and budget within the timeframes required.

BCM has developed a diverse array of dwellings, from modest first homes through to unique architecturally designed projects, multi-unit developments, and apartments.

Ballarat Construction Management offer many types of services including traditional design and construction, fixed price contracts, project management or hourly contract work. Our central location offers us the flexibility to service anywhere in provincial Victoria.
While Ballarat Construction Management specialises in the construction phase of a building project, we have architects and draftsmen who we work closely with, and can assist our clients in conducting the preliminary feasibility works and plans associated with the initial stages of a project.
Our tender stage assures client’s that their requirements are thoroughly understood prior to construction. The experience, knowledge and practical ideas of the BCM team can be harnessed to identify cost savings, and construction and design related issues which our clients may not be aware of. By investing time with our clients during tender stage, we invariably improve the end result of any construction project.
