David has over 15 years experience in the building sector, and is licensed in residential and commercial construction. David’s oversees the Group’s commercial contracting and residential building interests.

David enjoys meeting with clients to discuss their needs.
David is currently a board member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV), and is a County Sector Chair,
and Councillor.
He is also a past president of the Master Builders Association of Ballarat (MBAB)

Ian is trade qualified and has 19 years’ experience in estimating and project management with volume builders and custom builders.

Ian gets great pleasure working with clients from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget whilst exceeding client’s expectations at all times.

Ian also has 17 years’ experience in the local manufacturing sector.

Ian also has enjoyed 40 years’ of involvement with sport, both at local level and nationally.

Mitch has over 8 years in the building and construction industry, working on both residential and commercial projects.  With experience in a variety of different areas including high end architecturally designed homes and with volume builders. He has a strong focus on commercial and residential developments.
